Central Hall, a historic landmark, is poised for a remarkable transformation. Thanks to a the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI), we anticipate $1.3m in funding, and this iconic building will undergo extensive renovations, breathing new life into its timeworn walls.
The vision for Central Hall is ambitious and multifaceted. Once completed, it will emerge as a financially sustainable Multi-Use Event + Rental Space—a hub of activity for Chatauqua County weddings, receptions, performances, and educational programs. But that’s not all. Central Hall’s purpose extends beyond events; it’s a community anchor.
Here’s what the revitalized Central Hall will offer:
Multi-Use Event + Rental Space:
The upper-level Banquet Room, adorned with historic charm, will host elegant weddings and gatherings. Two Luxury Apartments, seamlessly blending historic and contemporary design, will provide unique accommodation options for visitors.
Year-Round Programming:
Central Hall won’t be dormant between events. It will buzz with activity year-round. Synergic partnerships with local organizations will ensure a diverse range of programs—serving residents and recreational visitors alike.
Youth-Oriented Athletic Center:
The lower-level Youth – Gym Center is where energy meets purpose. Here, boxing rings will echo with determination, youth fitness programs will thrive, and educational classrooms will impart essential life skills.

Central Hall’s metamorphosis is not just about bricks and mortar; it’s about revitalizing a community. With the DRI award as our wind beneath the wings, Central Hall is poised to become a One-Of-A-Kind Event Center—a beacon of vibrancy and possibility.
Join us on this transformative journey.
